Looking for 1 chill flatmate (3BHK) — Brigade El Dorado, Airport/Bagalur Road

Me and my friend (both 2nd-year students at Kristu Jayanti) are moving into a 3BHK from June and need one more person to share. The uni’s shifting lots of departments to the Bagalur/Airport campus, so the location is super convenient.

Why this place is awesome

Really peaceful~ its a well-maintained gated society — quiet residential vibe, great security, and lots of greenery. it honestly feels calm and relaxing; people who come see it usually love it.

Full amenities: swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, landscaped gardens, basketball court, cricket field — everything you need right inside the complex.

Our room is on the 19th floor, gets great sunlight and airflow, and the flat is roomy and comfortable.

Kindly Do Note-

Parking available for bikes/scooters/cars. Bagalur campus is ~4.5 km away, uh around 10 mins drive/ride, so having a vehicle (bike/car/bike/scooty) makes commuting easy.

Money & logistics

Rent: ₹26,000 total (we’re trying to negotiate to ₹24–25k). Split equally among three.

Brokerage: ₹16–17k total, split equally among the three of us.

Gas Connection we're told itll cost around 300 in a month.

Water included; electricity as per usage; society collects garbage daily.

We’ll arrange Gas stove, fridge, and water filter (fridge/filter can be set up within 1–2 months).

About the flatmate we want—

Someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with — basic manners and common sense are important.

Social and chill — enjoy living, not just existing. We want someone who’s friendly and considerate.

Just No indoor smoking pls :)

Occasional drinking/parties okay as long as it’s responsible and doesn’t bother neighbours or us (especially when someone’s studying or sleeping).

Juniors or fellow college students preferred but not required. Females welcome — we can have a quick chat so everyone’s comfortable :P

About us

Two friendly, laid-back 2nd-years. We keep things tidy, cook sometimes, hang out, and study. Not super strict — just don’t leave pans soaking for days or make unnecessary messes.
