Hello! so I have an annoying issue with the event. I have unlocked several rewards since the new event pass was introduced. I have unlocked all of the free rat queen apparel items and claimed them(they have the checkbox and the claim button is not available). The first two items I did, explicitly claim and have access to but I never claimed the shirt or gloves(they show they are claimed). Any one experience this? I was actually considering supporting this event but now I may hold onto my money.

To summarize, the event page shows the rat queen shirt and gloves claimed but they are not in my apparel collection for selection. Anyone have suggestions?

I have tried:

• Logging out and back in
• Quit and reopen
• Restarting Ubisoft Connect
• Waited to unlock Danvers pants and boots selecting "Claim All"
• A full PC restart
