Hey, I've got a problem, I've completed the game (and have a "red" save file) but for some reason, I can't find "Extreme" or "European Extreme" difficulties on the Switch version, and I can't for the life of me figure out what's going on ...

There are only four difficulties to choose from, Very Easy, Easy, Normal, and Hard.

There are no more difficulties beyond that, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Are you supposed to be able to switch versions or something? (Maybe I'm running the NTSC version?)

Seriously, I'm going insane over this, can anyone help me? Thanks very much in advance =]
