I was given this lighter by my father. It seems to be an Elgin Otis lighter from around the early thirties. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of info online regarding prices and background information. There was another thread on a lighter watch combo similar to this one posted on this subreddit, but not much info was given. The watch doesn't seem to tick, and I have no way of testing for a flame. If anyone could give me an approximate value, as it's not in too bad of shape. If any of you have info on this and could enlighten me, I would greatly appreciate it.
