Are all celebrities on Fin?

They can’t all be that super lucky.
A lot of celebrities are on cycles for movies or even just TRT when they get older but none of them seem to lose their hair.

Are they all on fin? They all couldn’t have possibly hit the genetic lottery.

Fernando Torres for example is now on TRT and he looks massive now but his hair is still the exact same..

I’m in my 30s and have been dealing with low test for a while.
I’m in good shape and lift 5 days a week but I’ve been really struggling lately and even feel like I’m losing muscle no matter how much I go to the gym. I’ve gotten approved for TRT before but I was a hyper responder to it and lost so much hair within just 6 weeks so I decided to quit.
Being single in my 30s, I’m not willing to lose my hair. Plus I have a weird shaped head. I tried taking fin but got ED from it. Plus I was taking TRT to help with ED initially so it’s counter productive.

Any advice on what I should do?

Stats:

6 foot

215 lbs, decent muscle mass but probably starting to be within the 15-20% bf range (another issue with low T, not just diet).

My levels have always been sub 400. Normally around 320

Need to run 1.5 miles in 12:58 in 3 weeks

Hey everyone.

First time poster here but hoping you can give me some advice.

I got an unexpected call for a position a did not expect to get.

Part of the job requirement is that I have to run 1.5 miles in under 12:58.

Little background: I’m really really out of shape. I’m not overweight or anything but I haven’t ran since highschool where I was I was running 3 miles in 18 mins.

I’ve also been in an accident and have a really bad deviated septum which makes it almost impossible for me to breathe.

I just got the letter in the mail yesterday, so today was the first day for a run and……… I think I might be fucked.

I could only do 1 mile, and my time was exactly 10 mins.

Is there anyone possible way I can get down to do 1.5 miles in under 12:58???

How should I go about training for this. My test is in exactly 3 weeks.

And I was huffing and puffing to get that mile in 10 mins.

I didn’t complete the full 1.5 miles because I thought I would just over do it and get too sore. Is there a methodical or tactical way to go about this? Such as wind sprints? Or go for slower jogs and longer distance?

Or at this point am I pretty much screwed and I just have to say fuck it and give it my best?

I appreciate all your help. Thanks
