I check all the boxes for ADHD, yet attention tests say otherwise, should i continue trying to get diagnosed?

i(18F) have had major attention issues my whole life, dating back to childhood. recently, under the advice of my psychologist i tried getting a diagnosis.

however, while any text and question tests came back with „very likely ADHD„ the online test which directly tested me came back with above average results. now im very confused, is there any explanation for this? or maybe a diffrent mental illness it could be instead with very simmilar symptoms? I have rulled out depression.

ps. English Isnt my first language, so apologies for any mistakes or strange wording
