Trying to figure out brand and when they were made

I know they're similar to several types of service boot. I'm sure it'll be hard to determine an exact brand but I'm curious if anyone has seen another pair just like this. I've done my own research but couldn't find anything that was an exact match, I even tried looking up the soles but the brand doesn't have a lot information available "JP"
