Government and Politics
Hi guys, new DM here in the initial phases of world-building and character creation still. I am curious how you handle politics and government in a superhero/villain world?
Major themes I can think of myself, are related to the rights of supers, and whether they can even participate in the political system, but maybe there is more to consider?
