I think i got really lucky on the Axe stage because in later attempts I can't get it anywhere that low lol

Seasoned the chops with Kinder All Purpose seasoning and cooked a bunch of them in a pan. Then cooked the sprouts in the fond with a bit of water.

First time trying this seasoning on the chops and it was a tiny bit too salty, will use less seasoning next time. Otherwise, delicious.

If I had milk, butter, and some flour, might have tried to make a pan sauce, but then the sprouts wouldn't have picked up the flavor it did.
