So the title pretty much says it. I try to log into my at&t prepaid account to pay and it says my password is incorrect. I reset the password and it is still incorrect? Tried to pay without logging in and that just won't take either my or my wife's debit card. I've tried calling customer service, but in the hour I spent going through menu prompts I was not able to talk to anything except for a robot. Any ideas for how I'd be able to get into my account to pay at this point?
