saw this at Xiaomi store in an Ayala Mall, 24gb+512gb for 27k??? is the price a steal or is it cheap because of something?

phone recommendations ranging 15-25k
Looking for durable phones na yong magtatagal talaga 🥲 main usage is storage for site documentations (construction), aside from that, mga daily transactions, google workspace and social media lang. Lumobo kasi battery ng Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite ko ngayon after 4.5 yrs of usage. Can stretch the budget up to 25k, basta mabilis na klase ng phone and not too many ads. TY!
