Got my vacuum 2 weeks ago and ever since i got it, it sometimes gives me that error. There is a pipelinecheck function on the app that tests the water pump and water drainage in the station. When the error is happening, the station doesnt dispense water.
I can fix it either by taking apart the station (the rear plastic plate) or by hitting the station on the side. I’m guessing it’s a water pump issue and I would need to replace it.
Any other ideas or advice? (Warranty is not an option)

Just got it, the bot works great but when it tries to empty the dust bin it just doesnt do anything and gives me that error. I checked the tray, washed it and re-seated everything. It doesnt even draw water, nor make a sound. Just mop washing tray malfunction.

Auxiliary draining works, put some water on the tray and did that and that works but it still gives me the error. (FIXED) It just magically started working. Dunno why

Unfixed: it stopped working the next time it docked

It seems to work intermitently, sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesnt. It gives me the error everytime i re-seat the dirty water tank
