Is there a good comprehensive guide on microdosing with zepbound that anyone can recommend?

I have an rx for it but haven’t filled it since I’m not sure on how to handle several aspects:

• Starting dose
• What syringes/equipment to get
• Safety aspects like can I just keep using the same 2.5ml vial over several weeks and draw 0.5 (or whatever amount) from it week after week until it’s empty?

Looking at the Lilly direct site I’m going to be getting the vials which are 2.5mg each. A syringe kit also comes with it but not sure if it would allow microdosing.

I recently got a MacBook after not using MacOS for a long time and I'm running into a weird issue with messages.

For some reason, spam messages are sending notifications to the MacBook. These are messages of all types - RCS, iMessage etc.

They still show up separate from normal messages on my phone and I don't get spam notifications on there or my iPad. But on MacOS, it'll display notifications for every one. I've not found a way to disable notifications for spam - is there something I'm missing?
