But my housemate is angry I’m ending our joint tenancy and filled the washing machine with his stuff and took the drawer to keep me from using it

Other things he’s done -
-Taken my food out of the fridge
-Taken the plates and stashed them in his room so I can’t use them
-Stashed the vacuum in his room
-Taken most of the cleaning supplies and hidden them in his room

Dude is 31 years old. I can’t wait to be out of this.
