No water from hose spigot

My house is 4 years old. Over the last couple years, one hose spigot has been getting wonkier and wonkier when turning to turn on the water. It got sometimes finicky when twisting in order to get water to actually run. Needed to jimmy the handle a little bit sometimes to turn water on.

Fast forward to now. No water is coming out in general. I took out the stem to check anything obvious. Things seem fine. Does anything stick out as obvious to replace?

(Yes, the water line is turned on)
