I'm trying to figure out a discrepancy in the APR offered for Citi Flex Loans.

For example, Citi is offering a Flex Loan for $10,000 for 1 year with an APR of 12.49%. The monthly payment they are offering is $901.20 a month, but that is consistent with an APR of about 14.7%. I asked them if there were any additional fees that were not being disclosed, and they said there were not. Is there something I am missing? I figure the payment should be closer to $890.78 a month at 12.49%...
