I'm umming and aahing over this one - for those not familiar with this song it was an 80s response track to Billie Jean and it SLAPS. But I'm not sure I have the balls to play it at my 80s set next weekend... if people are expecting Billie Jean they may riot if faced with a song they don't know.

If I'm feeling super cheeky I made a mashup of last night a dj saved my life and billie jean, which I may mix into this. In the words of R. Kelly 'my mind's telling me no...'

How do producers make it so that when you listen loud on headphones the only part that vibrates comes from the drums

I’m making some disco house edits in ableton, got some absolute tunes as old samples to use/remixes. But I never knew if the pros use the multitrack of the original to make their mixes or just use the whole thing, add some elements and all that. What do you guys do?
