I put in a request to start service in early September and received an email stating they’d be in touch with more information. Tried reaching out again and nothing.
Our gas is working (stove and hot water) but I can’t find any record of what’s going on.
When I log into my account it shows my previous inactive service and nothing new.
I don’t want to end up charged some crazy fee when someone realizes something is wrong.
I did my due diligence trying to reach out multiple times.
Anyone else deal with this?
