Help with living room layout
The Living Room
It feels like a "college apartment", just a collection of things, nothing matching, cluttered, functionality driven.
I don't know where to go next, I have moved furniture around a few times, but nothing feels comfy.
To detail a few I've tried
- As is in images
- TV on the window wall and the couch opposite
- TV angled in the corner with couch as kitchen/LR divider
- Both desks next to each other and their backs against the window walls
Couch is 10' long, area rug is 10'x8'
I likely need to get rid of the excessive chairs the living room, but we do use them like once a year.
The Office
I'm more okay with this right now, including mainly for picture of items that could be moved into the living room.
However, I am thinking to replace the orange chair with a comfy one and a round area rug under it.
Recently changed it up from both desks next to each other and their backs against the window walls
