January weight: 71kg
May weight: 62kg
BMI = 18.5

I can’t lose any more weight.

I’m trying to recover. I have a Holland & Barrett membership now. They’ll give me points each time I buy a bag of their protein powder. I’ve picked Reese’s protein powder because it had the least scary packaging.

Normal portions make me so drowsy. After a normal meal I can’t bend over or my stomach hurts. A 3-course meal I ate in front of my friends on Thursday 14th May gave me palpitations that kept me awake all night.

Please give me any tips for how to eat normal portions without palpitations, stomach pain or having to lie down afterwards.
