How much to charge someone how wants to rent our parking spot in the building?
We live in a high rise in Malviya Nagar.
Any suggestions?

I’m gym shy. Would love someone who just wants to body double and go together - we can set our own workout goals and take it from there.

Today my househelp cried in full and total frustration about the power cuts in her house at times like 11.30pm to 4am. I am personally just so frustrated (and I have access to AC and cold coffee at a snap of my fingers??) How will people survive this with not even a basic fan? I can’t take this brutality.

I have to get her a good rechargeable fan. I found 1 by a company called Benjamin with 6 months warranty but have never heard of them. So double checking here.

Any insights also welcome.
