Got tired of jotting down guitar amp and pedal settings on Post-Its or taking photos on my phone, so I created my own notebook.
I was surprised something like this didn't exist when I tried to find one, so I ended up having to just design and make my own.
I call it The Tone Ledger. It's a 5x7 wire-bound logbook meant specifically for tracking guitar amp and pedal settings so you can tear apart a board layout or experiment worry-free. I went with 28lb double-sided paper and a really heavy cover so it survives being tossed around.
I've been on Reddit a long time and I know how annoying blatant self-promo is, so I'm not trying to be spammy here...I'm just genuinely proud of this. I handle everything myself out of a small setup in Comanche, OK, and I wanted to share it with other musicians who might be fighting the same battle with messy note keeping or losing photos buried somewhere in their phone.
If you're interested, I'll drop the links to my site and the storefronts in the comments below. I'd love to hear what you guys think of the layout.
