Hello,
I just received a parcel (AirPods Max) from a seller with all 5 stars reviews (approx 25). I didn’t really buy them for a “too good to be true” price, it was something like 130€ cheaper. Anyway, as soon as I picked the parcel up from the store I got a bi suspicious, as it was quite lighter than expected. When I got home, while doing the unboxing (filmed) I sadly confirmed my thoughts, the only thing inside the package was the brown box that the AirPods Max comes in, without the actual AirPods Max box and without the AirPods Max. I already said “item not as described” and tried to talk to the seller, who keeps saying the package he shipped had the AirPods Max in it. The parcel didn’t show any tampering, or any opening from the shipping company. I already messaged Vinted support clearly stating this, sending pics and waiting instructions on how to send the video. However, in the meanwhile the seller changed the issue with “return the item”. I am scared he can claim “the buyer didn’t return the whole object, the AirPods Max are missing”, as the only thing I can ship is an empty package within an empty package.
Do you have suggestions on how to proceed? I also asked the seller if he has a video of him boxing the item, but no response.

Please help me decide, as I can’t really make my mind up. I am coming from a DJI pocket 2 sunset edt, really nice and used it in several travels. I normally take a lot of pictures, and sometimes videos of the places I visit. Recently, a friend of mine convinced me on making a website for repairing phone (I repair mainly Apple stuff, sometimes Google Pixels) and maybe one for all the DIY I do (3D printing/Scanning/laser engraving/3D modeling) so I would probably use the DJI as an instrument to show the work I do and how it do it, primarily on Instagram. Target is mostly making myself trustable showing the working that I do and how I do it. Also, this is a hobby, as I am a Postdoc full time atm here in Ireland.

Anyway, after this bit of a background, can you help me decide which of the two DJIs I should go with? I like the new mic 3 and the new feats the 4 comes with, like the internal mics and the storage, but not sure it justifies the expense! Have you had this dilemma too and if so, how did you choose which one to go with?
