AITA, Bachelorette mishap?
July of last year I celebrated my bachelorette party in Puerto Vallarta. I roomed with two of my friends because a girl canceled last minute. Both of these friends (whom I roomed with) are about 10 years older than me. The last night of our trip one of the ladies I was rooming with decided to introduce some of her family drama. I made a decision to intentionally get drunk. I told all of my other girlfriends that I was going to get shithoused. I had purposely not gone over my limit, the entire trip, so that I could make sure everyone had a good time. Everyone went back to their rooms around 12 with the exception of a few ladies. The two women I roomed with were both asleep, so I decided to pass out on the friend’s bed who wasn’t causing the drama. I passed out with my legs still on the ground and my upper half on the bed. When I woke up, I realized I had pissed myself and immediately took a shower. After the shower, I realized that my friend I had fell asleep with was not in our room. When I saw her in the lobby that morning, she was very distant. I apologized for peeing on her and she seemed like it was no big deal. Now it’s been months and she has not returned to my phone calls or text messages.
