Family of 4. Young school age kids. One daughter with epilepsy. Moving to the area from northern Michigan. Genuinely loved driving around both areas. We are looking at a house in the keatington sub in lake Orion, as well as a house in heatherwood sub in Rochester hills (really close to downtown). I feel completely torn. Both houses are great. Don’t know which area to choose
