Hi guys I’ve been selling for a month now and I can’t even withdraw my money I made </3 I contacted vinted three times and they haven’t been responding to me and helping, they just respond with “ You've sent an email to an inbox that isn’t monitored. Unfortunately, we’re not able to follow up with you from here.” And they make me do the process again with submitting to customer support, I haven’t talked to a person yet ☠️ what do I do?! Has anyone had this issue ? I also did the security thing on vinted and checked my bank acc to see if I entered correctly and it’s fine.
