Apartment Hunting + Roommate Needed
Hi everyone! My name is Emily. I’m a 22F starting Valencia College this fall, and I’m looking for one roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment. I’d prefer somewhere within 5–10 mins of Valencia East Campus, but I’m open to anything within 15–20 mins if truly necessary. My budget is under $900/month. I’m also open to apartment hunting together if you haven’t found a place yet.
I’m looking for someone who’s 21+ and preferably female, but I’m open to anyone who’s respectful, friendly, clean, communicative, and pays rent on time. I don’t have any pets and would prefer not to live with any, though I could be flexible depending on the situation. I’m also not a smoker, so if you smoke, I’d just ask that you do it outside or in your own space.
I’m hoping to move in mid to late July so I have time to get settled before classes and find a job. I have 5 years of serving experience, so if anyone has recommendations or could help me find a serving job in the area, I’d really appreciate it!
