Maxicare?
So sharing my application process with Maxicare as Customer Care Representative. Here is the timeline:
April 20 - I sent my cv thru jobstreet
April 21 - i received an email that I am shortlisted for assessment (It takes about 1hr but can finished less)
April 22 - I took the assessment then at the same hour after I finished it, I received an email of passing the assessment. Also, received an email about interview booking.
May 9 - This is my chosen date for interview then at the end of interview, I was told to be endorsed for final interview
May 12 - HR called for final interview details on may 13 but then rescheduled to may 15
May 14 - I received an email about the final interview
May 15 - The day of final interview then after a few hours I received a job offer email.
My experience with application process of maxicare is honestly quite good and smooth. HR is especially accomodating (so glad I chose to book her for my initial interview).
Can you give me an overall background on what to expect as a CCR? Can you also share your experiences while working at Maxicare? Tips, tricks, and advices would be much appreciated.
