For a character that was quickly labeled a tsundere, having a quest like this was quite nice.

A story of emotional growth. This story proved there was more to her character than just being some tsundere. What an awesome quest. The hug was peak, but my favorite scene was at Alain's grave.

Champ too hard

Everyone hiding behind minions, you need to get dangerously close for strong trades. Your trading tool is your only waveclear tool and you have to choose every time it's up. You have to keep looking for shitty angles to land something, while your laner just blasts you through the minion wave for trying. Minions keep moving for no reason and then your waveclear Q only hits one. At 500k going to 600k, when does this get better? Do I need an aim trainer or something?

Locke

Has anyone vs this champ yet? His W seems really bad for Zoe kill patterns. He's currently very overturned atm but even if they stabilize him he has the potential to be a must-ban.

This champ should be bad, so why is she so hard to deal with?

For context I play Zoe Ryze in the midlane. Am I missing something or do my picks just suck into her?

Also, what is a loss for Diana? Is it beating her at her own game or simply putting her far behind?

Socializing feels...wrong?

I don't know how people do it so effortlessly. Any attempt to socialize feels full of friction, forced and unnatural. It feels like making I'm conversation just for the sake of it, with no end goal in mind. I know I'm not "bothering" anyone when I try to strike up a conversation, but without some objective it really does feel like there's a hidden pressure to not make the interaction a waste of time for both of us. Is this how it usually feels early on or do I need a mindset change?

And then there's the jokes. I can give out a chuckle because they're laughing but most jokes I don't find funny at all. I understand the jokes, but they don't make me wheeze. Is that normal or does my humor need fixing?

▲ 20 r/Baruch

I have lost access to my baruchmail.cuny.edu account.

I still have access to the login.cuny.edu one. Can y'all check to see if you have access to yours still? I want to know if these accounts have been sunsetted or it's just because I graduated.

Edit: I have also lost access to all my excel files and all my older word files, as well as Microsoft 365 (this might be an alumni thing though). Looks like I'll have to buy office home now.

Sion matchup

I run out of mana before I can get him low, it's a struggle to deal damage while dodging/spacing his stuff, and once he starts building armor it feels like you cannot threaten him anymore. What am I supposed to do here? How do you actually win this matchup? Dodge everything and hope he's dumb? And what item should I rush first?

Question

What do you do if 15 mins in everyone is behind but your lead is not big? Do you splitpush and concede more objectives? Do you try to influence teamfights/make picks? Try to organize a jg invade to relieve pressure on my own jungler? Also, how do you stall on this champion, if let's say you have a scaling smolder or smth? I think I'm done playing him in ranked until I can answer these questions.

A bitter truth.

After my typical string of losses today, a teammate of mine did some unruly investigation and called me out for picking my goat, claiming I had the same winrate on him as a troll pick. I was in utter shock at such a ghastly accusation, and so I didn't believe it. That is, until I saw it for myself. 42% across 60 games. Oof. 42%...ain't tooo bad, right? That's only like, picking into a hard counter levels of bad. Surely disco nunu is way lower than that—oh. 41%. Huh.

This truth was quite painful. I asked him what I should do. After a lengthy pause, he finally responded:

"You already know what you need to do. You need to play more Jayce."

At least, that's what I think he would've said. His actual response could not be deciphered. Something about "zero-tolerance language" or whatever. Which is weird, because what he would've said was quite positive.

In any case, my morale has improved. The grind continues. This champ is hard. Get those reps in, y'all.
