I was on here about a week ago talking about how my ex and his friends were viewing my Instagram account and I finally decided to block him. I feel free but I also feel bad about doing that.

When we broke up he told me he was going to mute me on instagram and I was okay with that but decided to remove and unfollow him for my sake and I felt so much better. I don’t know why I feel bad about blocking him when I didn’t when I unfollowed and removed him.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have an advice on how to handle and process this

My ex ended things a month ago and I made the decision to removed and unfollowed my ex and his friends from any of my social media. I have a public account on instagram for work related reasons but I’ve noticed that my ex and some of his friends are constantly watching my stories. Is this normal and why would they be doing this? My ex was the one that wanted to leave and for this to be goodbye so it’s confusing to me.
