So I’m in cohart A and Ive been reaching out to my supervisor all week with no response my provide Catholic Charities also isn’t responding. I checked the SYEP participant site today and I noticed that the supervisor name they gave me on the paper to call and the one in the digital documents don’t match. I tried looking up the name and it pops up but there is no public contact information whatsoever. What am I supposed to do? This is really frustrating tbh

So today I went to get my work placement but I’m confused on what to do next they gave me a paper and filled out information and randomly assigned me to Cohort A but then on the SYEP participant site it doesn’t say my start or end date. They told me to call the work site and introduce my self and ask when to start but if I’m in cohort A don’t I have a dedicated start date? Also when do I call? Anytime? Sorry if this is a stupid question, my provider has just been so unorganized.
