Looking for a local nutritionist...eating disorder recovery knowledge a BIG plus

I don't know why this is so hard to find, but what I'm in need of is a good, old fashioned nutritionist. Back in the day, this was a fairly common practice but when my doctor refers me to someone (and it's always the same people at Salem Health who work with diabetic patients - and I am not diabetic -) I get told, "We don't do that here."

I realize the internet is full of "help" but what I need is someone to sit down with, analyze eating habits, then put together an actual PLAN that is easy to follow. Apps don't help because I won't use them. I want a human who is schooled in nutrition to help me navigate recovery from an eating disorder.

I won't even judge them if they've never worked with eating disordered people. I just want a smart person to help me. Recovering from an eating disorder is so hard, because we have to eat to live. Blargh. And, thanks in advance.

I’m headed back East in a week and trying to figure out what to do about tolls. Back in the day, we threw tokens into a basket but I know that was then and now everything is electronic (aka Easy Pass).
My question is: when they rent out cars they’re offering what’s called a Dollar Drive Pass for a $30 something fee. I called the toll free number to ask if this was a daily fee or not and spoke with a very nice woman who put me on hold for an hour, and googled it like I just had. So then neither of us knew the answer.
Does anyone here know the answer? My relatives in NY all have their own transponders and don’t know what rental car companies offer. Sigh. And thanks!
