Under the assumption that this place is for doctors where my life is going nowhere, I genuinely need one.

I have a theory I want to gain attention.

Basically, I think that the Giggle_Laugh_Girl or whatever it's called is Susie laughing.

I am using this to support CassidyBoy, because I hate CassidyGirl.

Evidence:

Susie is a girl, and the audio is clearly a little girl.

Golden Freddy is likely not attached to that soul.

Scott was on a low budget with FNAF 1--Meaning Scott didn't really know what he was doing, so the lore COULD have been adapted over time.

Problems:

This is unlikely.

Why would Susie be laughing?
