Chainring size recommendations?

I just build my minivelo and I max out the gears already on flat. Currently running 42t chainring 10 speed 11-39t cassette. What chainring size should I change to, that would be fast but still comfortable to pedal?
Is 52t good or too big?

First minivelo

Just finished building and testing my first minivelo. I’ll be using it to commute and my wife on our weekends ride out.
Roughly price for just components £750 and around 30 days from order to received.

I was wondering what tubeless tape are you guys running on your carbon wheels. I just tried to install the tape that came with my csc wheelset, the first time didn’t go very well the second time seemed decent but not enough to go double on the rim. So I’m gone need to buy some rolls.

The rims are 23mm internal and kinda deep so I’ll be using 27mm tape. The one that came with the set was 25mm and weren’t covering the whole rim

Any recommendations?

I just received my CSC wheelset. 1328g. 50mm deep. 23mm inner width. 30mm outer width. 36t ratchet. It was very cheap at 271.5£ or 365$ and they where in the UK already so only 4 days since payment sent to delivery.

Contacted them on IG as the websites weren’t working very well. Super happy
