Has anyone else faced this issue, if yes have you been successful in getting your account deleted?

Hello ! First time time I’m trying to book a hotel through Accor All points. My understanding was that 2000 ALL points equates to €40. However I’m seeing a discrepancy, when I am selecting the room it is showing me the right conversion but at payment page it is showing me a different conversion complete (half of what it should be). Can somebody please help me understand this and explain how I can get a value of €40 for every 2000 ALL points at payment?
