Hi all,

My girlfriend recently purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. She had noticed she is not receiving any notifications other than those from WhatsApp. I have checked al relevant settings, but could not find anything that would result into this problem being fixed.

Here is what I have tried so far:

1. Make sure that the battery saving mode is off.
2. Disable auto-sleep-mode for apps that are not being used for a while.
3. Allow all sorts of notifications to appear for the apps that are not showing notifications.
4. Restart the phone.

What could be the issue?
