Hey guys, maybe someone ecountered this issue and might be able to help. I couldnt find anything online (besides a 17 years old forum post: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/933037-grand-theft-auto-iv/43797688 )

Ive done the story first without any achievement/completion grind to get the 30 hour achievement. Afterwards I cleaned up the side missions, random encounters, friend abilities, friend activities. The last two things I did where the pigeons and stunt jumps. Once I completed the jumps I landed at 97.08% completion and cant figure out how to get it to 100%.

Did I mess up my save file somehow? I cant figure it out
