From the police chases playing out extremely cinematicly and like actual car chases, added with the car physics in this game make the car chases always fun to do.

I do hope GTA 6 will have cops not be literal brainless morons like in 5 and make them more like the 4th game.

Every time I go back to GTA 4, I keep getting surprised by how smart the cops are with their tactics and such.

It's indeed a neon mod that's fully customizable and adjustable for every vehicle in the game; I also plan to adapt it to the Actual Liberty City Customs mod.

Has been stuttering like this ever since I built my new pc. Worked perfectly on a rx550 and i7 6700. Current build is a r5 5500, 9060xt 16gb, 32gb of ram and a gigabyte b550 gaming v2 mobo. Tried installing fusion fix too, didn't help at all.
