Which is better. Same Condo

1. 13k Bare unit 4th floor.

2. 14k with storages, cabinets, closet, non-inverter aircon old model, shower enclosure, heater, mirror compartment in CR.

3. 15k with closet, inverter aircon, heater, rangehood

Na visit ko lahat tong 3 and pinaka nagustuhan ko ung #3 and dealbreaker lang sakin is ung non-inverter aircon, is it still a go for the #2?
