I have a degree in Microbiology. I never passed the bar, but I did score high enough to be licensed in another state this year. I haven't been able to find work, so I'm just looking at any firm just to gain experience. Hopefully if I get a job, I plan to buy resources to study for the patent bar exam while working. Is there a better way to achieve my goal of working in patent law? Based on my limited background and experience, should I give up?
