It alternates from side to side but it usually never comes at the same time. Or is it growth plate closure. I started puberty around 11 havent had a growth spurt since then (5’2 14M now) consistently have been growing 2/2.5 inches i dont think i ever passed 3 inches but my parents are short so maybe it is growth plate closure 4’10-4’11 mum and 5’3-5’4 dad

I sleep at 12 and typically wake up at 8 to 9
Im really worried if this gonna affect my growth or just sumn if this affects me negatively

I need to measure but i dont have one
