help?

i'm wondering if there is any way to (safely) achieve this colour with an at home dye job. i really want a drastic change in my hair without damaging it, and im not really that open to cutting it😭 i dont cut it for years at a time and am a little attatched to the length. however, i am 16 and definitely do not have the funds to go to a vivids specialist and dye my hair professionally. can i have any advice on how to get this colour at home, and if i need to bleach it how to do it with as little damage possible? i know that there will be some damage as that is inevitable but i assume there is a wrong way to do it that i dont want to do
here is my hair goals and my hair for comparison, my hair is virgin if that is helpful information
i'm going into this with absolutely zero knowledge at all

edit: thank u everybody for the help i see and read every single one

*made a typo in the title

i could've started crying tears of joy in that exam hall. aqa felt the gift of giving descend upon them when they crafted those 12 markers i tell you !! every single question i had revised or already knew, the only question that might have caught me out was the vocationalism question but i honestly think i made a pretty good guess
