Should I pick Encore or Calcharo from the novice banner?

Hi,

I'm new to wuwa, I just started last week.

I own Hiyuki (without dupes or her weapon) and Mornye’s pity is at 69, and I already lost the 50/50. Should I pull for Mornye or wait for Chisa?

Also considering that I want to pull for Lucy too, and I’m currently in Act 3 of Chapter 2 (Rinascita). I have the Astrites subscription, I’m going to buy my first top-up with the double bonus, and I could also buy the battle pass.

Keep in mind that my current supports are Verina and Shorekeeper in my account, and Hiyuki is the only 5-star DPS I currently have.

I'm asking because I tried Mornye and I really like her gameplay, it's really cool with the laserbeans and flying.
