Ineligible due to not possessing specialized experience

Hello I am in need of some clarity. I currently work HR for my organization under the DoD as a GS12 and I applied for an HR job which is also a 12 under the same agency. I recieved the wonderful email saying I do not have the specialized experience. I am a 30 percent veteran and have a master's degree. I feel like there is a game here I am not playing correctly. Is this result due to the automated system not picking up key words on my resume? What can you guys tell me from experience?

Diet/training regime

Hello I am wanting to share a diet regime that I am starting mixed with training.

My goal is 200 grams of protein, intermittent fasting, and weightlifting training.

Morning: black coffee mixed with creatine.

12pm: first meal 80 grams of protein with a fat/carb source.

5pm: bowl of yogurt, blue berries, almonds, Greek yogurt and 2 scoops of protein powder mixed. 50-60 grams protein

6-8pm: weight lifting, 20-25 walking on treadmill.

8:15pm: 2nd meal 80 grams protein with fat/carb source.

Next full meal aside from black coffee consumption will be 12pm following day.

Can you tell me your thoughts and or tell me what you do personally in your diet?

EEOC complaint from the POV of employer

Out of curiosity can someone say what it feels like when you the employer or had a conversation with an employer what their thoughts and feelings are when they receive notice of an EEOC complaint from an attorney representing one of their employees?
