Routes with Hills

I’m training for NYC this year and I need to get some hill workouts in and incorporate hills into my long runs. I normally run the Delaware River trail and I do the Ben Franklin bridge a lot. I’ve done the schuylkill river trail and started at the south street entrance and ran north. I’m wondering what route can I take to get into fairmount park and run on the other side of the schuylkill. I feel like I’ve seen a trail over there and I think it has more hills. I’m also open to suggestions to any routes that are good to train hills. I don’t have a car, so I can’t drive to a trail to run. TIA!

AMEX Financial Hardship Program

I currently have a balance of $17,000 on my AMEX with just under a 29% APR. I spoke with American Express today to learn about the financial hardship/relief program and tried to ask questions before committing to the program. They told me that they’d waive my annual fee, lower my APR to about 9.99%, and my fixed monthly payment would be $440 and I can make additional payments to help pay it off faster. I have never missed a payment or made a late payment, but the interest is killing me. I’m a teacher, I only make around 60,000 a year and I assist my parents with finances because my dad has stage iv cancer. I’m really not looking for judgement or the “don’t spend what you don’t have” comments, I’m just wondering if there are any hidden negatives to the program.

They told me that they cannot tell me how long the note added to my credit would remain visible to other lenders. I’m wondering if anyone has experience with this/if they can speak to it. I think it’s the best move, but I want to be sure before I do it. I don’t plan on buying a house, getting a car, or getting another credit card, but I don’t want this to follow me for the next 10 years or anything 🥲

Thank you in advance for any information/experience you can offer!

Oh, Mary! Rush Question

Hey! Planning on rushing Oh, Mary next weekend? Does anyone know how many rush seats they have available for each show? Or is it different each time? I know Saturdays are a two show day, just looking for more info in case I end up 10th or later in line. TIA!!!

I have some high interest credit card debt. On my AMEX with a 29.9% APR, I have a balance of 15,100. On my Chase Sapphire with a 28.9% APR, I have 6,700. I have never missed a payment, but I want to pay these off and get my utilization under 30%. Is the best move to get a consolidation loan? I was looking and I do not know which lender I should work with. I don't want to accidentally enroll in a debt relief program and tank my credit. I am a teacher and will be getting a second job this summer which will definitely help me pay the Chase card off faster.

I’ve been on the lowest dose of the pill for about a week now and I’m noticing a decreased appetite, but I still have food noise. I’m constantly thinking about food even though I’m not hungry. Has anyone else had this experience? Did it go away the longer you were on the pill? I’m thinking about asking to up my dose next month.
