What is this
I recently got a filling on my back tooth and afterwards noticed this red lump. The first picture where it was more red was taken on the day of the dentist visit, the next one was taken today (4 days later) it feels kind of painful like an ulcer. Is it something to be worried about? An abcess? Or just healing for injection site or something. Thanks for any help
