Para akong walang aircon. 50 characters daw.. what can i do

I live in a teeny tiny 12sqm unit. Ito po aircon ko. Parang di lumalamig? I raised it na to my landlord and pinalinis naman nya.. pero now na peak summer, parang wala rin ako aircon? I open my fan pa tuloy and can’t sleep well. What can i do?
