Anyone experiencing same issue regarding not getting an activation invisible email for working on project? even though already invited and has active status for a project. Any suggestion please?
Hey, i encountered issue because i entered my "Legal Name" incorrectly on Meridial Account. Now i cannot change it manually since its requires me to verify my ID which need to "Match the name entered in your account exactly"
It's my mistake for not entered my name fully, I wonder if this could be resolve through others mean? I need help with this issue. I tried to get ticket regarding this matter but if this could be escalate by anyone/other means i would much appreciate for the information.
