Anybody who has been given feedback after the potential violation of Terms and Conditions thing on Meridial?

How long did it take?

Has anyone experienced a payment delay for the 16th–30th pay period? I already received payment from my other project, but I still haven’t received anything for Argo.
I submitted a support ticket last Friday but still haven’t received a response. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue or how long it usually takes to get resolved.

I was kicked off of Argonaut with no real reason given after taking my exam. It wasn’t due to failure as I would have been allowed a retake per the guidelines. The only thing I could think of is I had the guidelines up on my iPad and was taking the test from my computer side by side and they thought I was cheating. I literally didn’t do anything but try my best. I’ve been removed from everything. Are there similar platforms? Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm hoping someone here might have experienced a similar issue or knows a way to get in touch with human support.

My address verification on the platform has been stuck on "Verification failed" for over two months. I recently got accepted for a project, but I can't complete onboarding because this address issue is blocking the next steps.

I tried resolving it through the AI chat support on the site, but it keeps giving me automated loops and wasn't able to fix or escalate it.

I've also tried to email them at marketplace@support.meridial.ai and help@meridial.ai, but no feedback.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Specifically:

1. Is there a common reason address verification fails or gets stuck like this?
2. Is there a trick to getting it reset or resubmitted?

Any advice or help on how to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I took a gig about 2 weeks ago did my work well got onboarded up to production a day before payment my account was sent an email that project status account under review. My earnings page never changed yet some peoples changed they kicked me out of Gchat and removed the hubstuff timer. I'm disappointed that after 2 weeks of dedicating my time they fail to communicate on my issues. Ive sent emails to no response. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and what should you do for anyone that has ever resolved the issue. I really was expecting that money since now is a hard financial time

Anyone experiencing same issue regarding not getting an activation invisible email for working on project? even though already invited and has active status for a project. Any suggestion please?
