How long does manual verification usually take?
Hi! I submitted my verification document (a credit card statement) as photo of a printed copy since I was told that format makes it easier to confirm legitimacy(?). It's still stuck in manual verification, and I'm wondering if that's because I redacted the balance amounts. I did leave my address and everything else that was required visible and unredacted. Is this delay normal, or is there someone I can reach out to about it?

Rubric projects are never fun but 3 models, 50 items for the rubric and an expert answer is a lot right?

Meridian Argo Email?
Morning everyone! Yesterday I received an email claiming to be from the Meridian Argo team, but my email client flagged it as potentially unsafe. The sender address wasn't one I'd seen before, so I looked it up and found information suggesting it was legitimate, so I went ahead and completed the verification assessment. I'm now waiting on next steps. Just wanted to double check: is this legit?

How long do applications usually stay "Under Review" on the Invisible Marketplace?
Hey everyone,
I recently applied for a few roles on the Invisible Technologies marketplace, and currently, I have about 6 projects showing as "Under review" (as you can see in the screenshot).
Since this is my first time using their marketplace platform, I wanted to get some insights from people who are already working here or have gone through this stage:
Timeline: How long does it typically take for a project to move out of the "Under review" status? Does it take days or weeks?
Rejections: Do they actually send out rejections from this stage, or do applications just sit under review forever if you aren't selected?
Would really appreciate it if anyone could share their experience regarding the marketplace hiring timeline.

Off boarded
Received an email after 2 months of no one grading my task. I reached out to leader and it seems like I shouldn’t have because right after I was off boarded for all of Meridial Invisible task. Went to look back at my task and it still wasn’t graded. Has anyone else been off boarded with no explanation? And does anyone have any idea if that means you’ll never get a contract again if off boarded?
Overall extremely messy company and confusing process. I made a little while working on their task but each step took weeks to complete. Genuinely curious if anyone has had a positive experience with them.

I have heard that the address issue can be resolved by going to the project and attempting address verification from there. I was kind of unable to understand that process and do that. Terrible support service
I'm not sure if I'm the only one facing issues with invisible's support services but I haven't been getting any replies AT ALL and only got my tickets closed with no answers or solutions.
I'm facing issues with address verification and I settled for changing my whole country of residency to my home country since verifying address there would be easier, both the tickets I raised to help with my address issue and the other asking to have my identity and address verifications reset were ignored and closed without any reply from Invisible's team.
I already got invited for a project to work on but I'm not allowed to start working on it until i settle this address verification issue but I'm not getting any help from their supposedly "support" team.
Ridiculous support service honestly at least other competitors give you the curtsey of an automated reply with a brief explanation before closing the ticket lol
