Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone here might have experienced a similar issue or knows a way to get in touch with human support.

My address verification on the platform has been stuck on "Verification failed" for over two months. I recently got accepted for a project, but I can't complete onboarding because this address issue is blocking the next steps.

I tried resolving it through the AI chat support on the site, but it keeps giving me automated loops and wasn't able to fix or escalate it.

I've also tried to email them at marketplace@support.meridial.ai and help@meridial.ai, but no feedback.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Specifically:

1. Is there a common reason address verification fails or gets stuck like this?
2. Is there a trick to getting it reset or resubmitted?

Any advice or help on how to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
